He said the sac was forming well but no sign of fetal tissue Is it just to early I figured i am about 5 weeks?

I went to the Dr. today and he did a second ultra sound. I just had a misscarriage not that long ago. The Dr. says i am about 6 weeks but my figures are closer to almost 5 weeks. He said that my sac is forming well but he still dont see no fetal tissue. Could it just be to early to see the fetal pole.
I go back in a week I just dont want it to be a long week.

Yes, it could just be too early.
When I went in @ 6 wks 5 days along my Dr., they did a vaginal ultrasound and before they even stuck the wand in, I had to promise not to get upset if they couldn't find anything just yet.
The tech said that if I had come in a few days earlier that they probably wouldn't have been able to see anything- so that is probably the case with you. Don't stress and schedule another ultrasound.
