How much money can i get for pain and suffering from doing nothing?
Well at school i was doing my locker com and before i knew it my face got slammed into a locker i lost all my 3 front teeth and he ran off down the hallway the pain was unbarrible. when i get to the dentist they said i hit 3 root canals which they had to do 8 shots of numbness and take out my nervs in my teeth then they had to put a post in them then after than i had to pay 3 grand to fix them and 3 grand when im 18 to get them crowned so i can eat into hard food. the pain was extreme. I did nothing after this kid hit me into a locker and i didnt say anything to the kid to make him do this and also the school has it on camera and i have proof. how much money do you think i can get from pain and suffering not including the dental payments.
Im not sure bro. But that sounds horrible and painful. But yeh check with some lawyer you deserve a little something. If I were you I would have broke that kid's face.......i dont understand why you didnt retaliate.
