Mac Practice Management Software - Imac Vesa Adapter Kit and Mounting Bracket
Medical practice management software, such as the Mac Practice and Mac Dental programs, have become popular with medical and dental providers. Doctors and Medical Professionals are turning to companies that offer turnkey solutions and provide both the management software and the computers to run their software programs . The Apple iMac 20 inch has become a top choice among doctors and dentists because it is more portable than the 24 inch iMac. There is however a drawback to choosing the 20 inch iMac...
The iMac 20 wasn't designed to have its stand removed to allow for the computer to be mounted with a VESA wall or desk mount system. With computer applications in modern day offices, more often than not, it is necessary to have the ability to strategically position computers using wall mounted walk-up stations, above counter tops, wall or pole mounts in examination areas, chairside carts, and other applications. Not only do these mounting options allow to recapture valuable space, they also provide the means for correctly positioning the computer equipment to be used properly and efficiently.
The solution to this growing need is the iMac VESA Adapter Kit developed specifically for the Apple iMac all-in-one computer. The adapter kit attaches directly to the stand of the iMac and doesn't require any disassembly or modification made to the iMac. The adapter bracket is versatile and can be used for both the 17 inch and 20 inch iMac models, including the new aluminum iMac 20 inch. The patent pending clamp system provides for a quick and easy attachment; with a few hand turns of the nut & bolt assembly, your iMac is now ready to attach to your VESA mounting system.
If you are searching for a iMac VESA Adapter Kit to mount your 17 inch, 20 inch, or new aluminum iMac 20 inch with a VESA mounting system, your search is over! For more information, please visit my website.
Thanks!

More info on my horse and not taking the bit!!?
I have mentioned that my horse doesn't want to take the bit. I was trying a more aggressive approach with him (basically a firm tone & not backing down when he thinks I will) but I decided to let him play instead. I put my lead rope against his nose and he put it in his mouth and started to chew it and toss it around. So I did the same with the bit~~just touched it to his mouth without pushing it in. He himself put pressure on the bit, I just kept my hands steady. He started to take it in little by little. Sometimes he would clamp his teeth down on it and start tossing the bridle around. I let him do this some more, and soon the bit was all the way in his mouth (on his own!!) and he would toss the bridle about. So now I know it's not dental, it's mental!! I've spent 3 hrs with him today on this, and plan to do the same tomorrow. He's getting more calm and bringing his head lower for me now too! Baby steps!! LOL!! What should be my next step?
Thanks!
Congratulations! you found something that works for you!
Just keep doing what you were doing until he is just willing to accept it without tossing his head after it's in.
He just needs to slow his mind down and think about what you are asking. He must be like my mare...
has his own opinions and wants you to hear him out. Once he is heard and you let him go through his little 'explanation' he will now do as you asked....because you respected his thoughts. You heard him out.
To get him to lower his head more, place your hand on his poll and apply pressure. The second he lowers his head, even a smidgen...let off of the pressure. Continue on until he lowers it for you.
When he does, lay your hand between his ears and rub.
Repeat.
His head should always be down like this when you put the bit in the mouth and take it out. It prevents banging the teeth and scaring them
Once you feel he's not tossing his head around so much I would put a halter on over the bridle and then walk him around for awhile. Then when he's doing good by that I would ride with a halter (bridle under) and two lead lines as reins.
This shows him that when the bit is in, he will be moving his feet and you will be directing his head.
You can decide when to put the bridle on top of the halter. This is so that when you pull on the halter it applies pressure to the bridle slowly introducing him to the bit and what it's function is.
Some people put them in a stall with a bit attached to their halter. I've never done that. Too many what if's for me.
I may have given some advice in areas you don't need. Just tossing it all out there for a 'just in case'
Let me know what else you do and have luck with! This is interesting. I love this type of training!
Some people love the riding part, not me. I love to work on the ground
